At AbsoluteCinime, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds and defective products are handled.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers who have a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible consumers in the European Union, may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning Your Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days, where applicable.

Please contact us for the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Do not return products to an address that has not been confirmed for returns.

You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where this information has been provided before purchase.

For defective, damaged or incorrect products, AbsoluteCinime will cover necessary return shipping costs where required by law.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact absolutecinime@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs.

We will provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights for defective products are separate from your right of withdrawal.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, eligible refunds, including standard outbound shipping costs where required, will be issued within the legally required period.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Any additional shipping upgrade charges may be excluded where permitted by law.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate your request before shipment.
